Information

The CAST Adult Swim Program is similar to our age group swim program BUT geared to the busy schedule of adults. This program offers poolside coaching Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5:30-7:30 and Saturday mornings 8:00 –10:00am. Coaching is provided by our current CAST coaches. Requirements for this program include a desire to improve stroke mechanics, membership in either US Masters Swimming or USA Swimming, and a CRC Membership. As adults you may choose to compete in our meets as adult swimmers with CAST or to travel to US Masters meet on your own. If you are interested in joining CAST MASTERS please call Judy or Melisha.

Fees

• USA Swimming Fee = $58 per calendar year Or USA Masters Fee = $33 per calendar year

• C.A.S.T. Team Fee = $15 per month

• *CRC Membership *This fee is waived if you are already a member of the Coomes Recreation Center.

• There are also entry fees for the swim meets. These are typically $3 or $4 per event entered. Swimmers are responsible for all entry fees.
